Growing up, I was surrounded by family-owned businesses and hardworking people who taught me the value of showing up, serving others, and taking pride in your work. Those experiences inspired me to create something that feels personal—a coffee business rooted in connection, quality, and purpose.

After graduating high school, I spent years working and saving to turn this dream into reality, often choosing to invest in my future instead of the typical college experiences. When I shared my vision with my dad, we traveled to Omaha to purchase an old horse trailer. Since then, we've spent countless evenings and weekends renovating it together, transforming it into the coffee trailer that will become Meg's Coffee House. Every detail represents the time, sacrifice, and support that brought this dream to life.

My grandparents are at the heart of this business. Their kindness, work ethic, and the memories we shared continue to inspire me every day. That's why I created the Grandparents Collection—a menu of signature drinks inspired by their personalities and favorite beverages. It's my way of honoring their legacy and inviting others to slow down, connect, and create memories of their own.

Meg's Coffee House is more than a place to grab coffee. It's a mobile gathering place built to meet people where they already are—at farmers markets, community events, and college campuses. My hope is that every cup reflects the care, consistency, and sense of belonging that inspired this business from the very beginning.
